I always thought that my first book would be an HR book.

After all, I spent decades practicing the art and science of people. And most of that was spent in frontline industries like Distribution and Manufacturing.

After I left my last corporate role, I read some books on writing books. A lot of the conventional wisdom was, “Turn your book into a keynote!”

But then I thought, I’ve been keynoting for years. And each keynote was really unique.

And over the last few years, each had frameworks and content I developed specifically for that audience.

I already had my book!

(Not really at all, but I had at least the topic and some frameworks!)
